Neil is affectionately known as Dr. Neil at SGS because he’s SO smart and wise. Neil has worked as a minister, a counselor, a construction contractor, and a building consultant. Neil grew up in Wisconsin, went to school in the Mid-West and New York City, and eventually settled in the great state of Virginia where he now runs his practice. Along the way he’s volunteered and been a champion for many causes with the goal of making a positive difference in the world.

And NOW, Neil is the Founder and CEO of Free To Be Coaching, a coaching practice that focuses on radically reducing the impact of ADHD on your relationships, employment, and other areas of your life.

Kelly is the CEO of National Technology Management (NTM), an outsourced IT services firm based in Detroit, Michigan. He’s a larger-than-life personality who’s risen from poverty and prison to profit and success. He has an educational background in criminal justice and sociology from Western Michigan University and has a relentless drive to better himself in breaking his family’s cycle of abuse, addiction, and poverty. Kelly recently published a book called Harder Than Life, and has a new, groundbreaking podcast, also called Harder Than Life 

Kelly lives in Michigan with his daughter Arianna, their Yorkie, Sammy, and their cat, Felix. He spends as much time as possible in Florida, preferably out on the water with Ari and his good friends.
